高分子复合膜材料


膜是一种多孔材料,其三维中的一维(如厚度)尺寸远小于其余两维,可在多种推动力的作用下,实现对物质的选择性分离,具有分离效率高、节能环保、占地面积小和易于自动化控制等优势。本课题组主要致力于发展面向水处理、有机溶剂回收和电池隔膜等方向的高性能、多功能复合膜材料。

 

1. 高分子复合纳滤膜


针对复合纳滤膜选择性和渗透性难以兼顾的问题,提出氧化介导液相沉积策略可控构建超薄均孔金属多酚网络分离层,实现对其孔径和厚度的纳米级精确调控,并通过引入中空MOFs进一步提升其渗透性能

 

2. 多孔聚合物纳米片基复合膜


针对二维膜材料层间水通道长而曲折的问题,提出溶剂诱导二维组装策略合成多孔聚合物纳米片,构建丰富的短直水通道,并通过化学键合作用实现层间距的精密调控,发展兼具高渗透选择性和高稳定性的多孔纳米片基复合分离膜。

 

3. 功能性聚合物纳米复合隔膜材料


针对锂金属电池中电极界面副反应等问题,开发功能性聚合物纳米复合隔膜新材料,发展离子选择性电荷调控和纤维孔隙结构调控策略,建立此类复合隔膜的高离子传导和抑制界面副反应双效作用机制,拓展其在高性能柔性储能器件领域的应用和发展。
